Had a lovely time with our family, especially enjoying the cozy atmosphere and the comprehensive breakfast, complete with fresh bread that we couldn't get enough of. The garden area was perfect for unwinding and the hot shower felt amazing after our rainy Hobbiton tour. Only thing was the bedroom felt a bit snug, but the comfort made it all worthwhile. 😊

Had a fantastic stay with friends! The hosts were super helpful, and we loved the fresh bread they provided each morning. We visited Hobbiton and Wairere Falls, both were amazing! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, making it a great base for our adventures. Highly recommend this spot for a chill getaway!
One downside was the lack of cooking facilities. we weren't able to prepare our meals, but the breakfast was quite nice.

Beautifully decorated and cozy with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Fresh homemade bread and a thoughtfully prepared breakfast were a delightful touch. The location proved to be convenient for both local dining and hopping over to popular attractions. Only a minor note on limited dining options nearby, but overall, it’s a great spot for exploring the area.

We had a lovely stay with our newborn at this beautiful spot. The place was modern, clean, and very welcoming, equipped with everything we needed. Mia even provided a basket of toys for our baby, which was a fantastic touch! Not to mention, the breakfast was delicious and the property is just a short drive from Hobbiton.
My wife says that a few more child-friendly activities would be great.
